I even drill the little holes before I cut them apart! Much much easier! I really like to cut them apart after I have soldered them all rather than cutting them first and then soldering. First I cut them into strips and then I cut each individual one. They cut apart especially easy since where I cut them the copper has been etched away. Went pretty quickly actually! I figured I would make a bunch so I don't have to do it again for a while! The black pcb is really thin (.030 thick) so, I was able to cut them apart easily with some scissors after I was done soldering. The SMD j201's are very good and almost all match! I etched a whole sheet of 100 adapters on that real thin black pcb that I got from abcfab on ebay.
